Straight cut shirt in dark blue ground floral printed viscose wool mix twill. Oversized folded collar on a button-thru front fastened with buttons. Circular-cut frill in plain solid navy satin is gathered on under the collar, creating a mini waterfall ruffle either side of the buttons. Inset sleeves are gathered into single button cuffs.
