Round neck blouse in ivory semi-sheer tech chiffon seersucker. Collar in stretch mesh stitch rib. An inset band of fabric runs across the front connecting the both sleeves to the front panel. Front panel is finished with double band of gathered on ruffles. Drop shoulders over full sleeves finish in a wide straight cuffs. Reverse has an inverted pleat at the centre which opens to create fullness through the back. Hem has side vents and is stepped much longer at the back.
