Romantic style blouse in semi-sheer cotton tulle with a wide flat sailor-style collar edged with a double row of ribbon lace which folds into a front placket to the waist fastened by concealed mini studs. Body is constructed with a ruffled yoke that extends over the shoulder and to the to the back. Bands of lace into the waist which is adjusted with an insert ribbon-tie at centre front. Dropped shoulders over full sleeves bands of ribbon lace are gathered into elasticated cuffs. Flares out below the waist into a tulle skirt with ribbon lace decoration and hem.
