Multi-seam, multi-panel, tapered leg pants in blue cotton stretch velvet with a fixed waistband fastened with a metal button and belt loops on a fly front fastened with a silver metal zip. Flat fronts have slanting stitched-thru pockets with side seams that curve across the leg to finish in front at the ankle and wrap behind the back knee. Reverse has a horizontal back yoke, two patch pockets and a centre back leg seam that curves around to front ankle.
