Our Customers can book products that are currently out of stock, but in arrival at our warehouses, these purchases are called Preorders.
The products or sizes that can be purchased by Preorder bear the wording "Preorder" on the product catalogue or on the specific product fact sheet.
The avarage arrival time of "preorder" products to our warehouse is 5 working days.
A Preorder is a purchase for all intents and purposes, and the products purchased using this procedure shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase, as soon as they are back in stock. The Customer will receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as the purchased product has been despatched.
If the order contains products in stock and Preorder products, all products will be despatched in one single shipping as soon as the Preorder products are back in stock. This procedure is specifically designed to ensure the Customer is only charged for shipping costs once.
When purchasing Preorder products which will be back in stock on different dates, all products will be despatched on the latest shipping date. A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to the Customer as soon as the package is despatched.
The total order amount will be charged at the time the online purchase is made.
